How To Lodge A Claim

At Aspire Insurance Solutions we pride our company on exception customer service and claims management services to all our customers.  We understand that this can be a stressful time when a claim event happens which is why our service offering is to monitor your claim from the beginning right through to the end result.  Our specialised claims team know the best process and approach to handle your claim efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

There are a number of steps to take when lodging a claim.

  1. Report the incident to Aspire Insurance Solutions by phone or email within 24 hours of the incident – Call 1300 886 781 or 0447 432 534 or email admin@aspireinsurance.com.au
  2. If the incident happened after hours – Please find below a list of Insurance Companies and their contact details to call or lodge your claim on-line – Please notify our office of the claim lodged if you require us to assist with the process
  3. Do not admit liability to a Third Party for loss, damage or injury
  4. For large losses report to Aspire Insurance Solutions for claim lodgement  – these types of losses typically require an assessor appointed
  5. For small losses your insurer will generally require 2 quotes for repairs ore replacements
  6. If a third party issues you a ‘Letter Of Demand’ – please notify our office so we can assist in managing these types of claims
