Steps to take following an incident:

  1. Do not admit liability to a Third Party for any loss, damage or injury. If Third Party issues you a ‘Letter of Demand’, please notify our office as soon as possible before responding.
  2. Report the incident to Aspire Insurance Solutions by phone or email as soon as possible by calling 1300 886 781 or using our contact form in the menu above and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  3. If you need to report a claim after hours and need urgent assistance, we have listed the contact details of some of our key partners to call or lodge your claim online. If your insurer is not listed, we recommend visiting their website for more information. If you do lodge a claim, please let us know as soon as possible and we will step in to assist you.
  4. For small losses, your insurer will generally require one or more quotes for repair or replacement, or an invoice if any emergency repairs are taken out. Large losses typically require an assessor appointed, which we will assist you with when dealing with the insurer.
