There are a number of steps to take when lodging a claim.

  1. Report the incident to Aspire Insurance Solutions by phone or email within 24 hours of the incident – Call 1300 886 781 or 0447 432 534 or email
  2. If the incident happened after hours – Please find below a list of Insurance Companies and their contact details to call or lodge your claim on-line – Please notify our office of the claim lodged if you require us to assist with the process
  3. Do not admit liability to a Third Party for loss, damage or injury
  4. For large losses report to Aspire Insurance Solutions for claim lodgement  – these types of losses typically require an assessor appointed
  5. For small losses your insurer will generally require 2 quotes for repairs or replacements
  6. If a third party issues you a ‘Letter Of Demand’ – please notify our office so we can assist in managing these types of claims
