- If the incident happened after hours – Please find below a list of Insurance Companies and their contact details to call or lodge your claim on-line – Please notify our office of the claim lodged if you require us to assist with the process
- Do not admit liability to a Third Party for loss, damage or injury
- For large losses report to Aspire Insurance Solutions for claim lodgement – these types of losses typically require an assessor appointed
- For small losses your insurer will generally require 2 quotes for repairs or replacements
- If a third party issues you a ‘Letter Of Demand’ – please notify our office so we can assist in managing these types of claims
